Photos, videos and branding assets are always helpful if you have them, but don’t stress if everything isn’t polished and organised.

Do I need Facebook already set up?

You’ll need a Facebook Business Page and your own Ad Account before setup begins. Your ads run through your own account using your own payment method, which means you stay in control of your account, ad history and billing. If you’re unsure where to find these, I’ll guide you through it.

Do I need to understand Facebook ads?

Nope. That’s my job.

Do I need ongoing management?

Not at all. Many clients continue managing their own ads after setup. Ongoing management can be added anytime if you’d like ongoing support.

Can you create graphics?

Yes. I create Canva graphics and simple ad creatives as part of your package.

What if I don’t have professional photos?

No stress. Existing photos, logos and content are helpful, and Canva graphics can also be created where needed. Professional photography and videography can be arranged separately if required.

Can you come and take photos or videos?

For selected Rockhampton businesses, on-site photography and videography can be arranged at additional rates.

How long does setup take?

Most campaigns can be set up within a few business days once account access, content and required information have been received. Timeframes can vary depending on approvals and Meta review times.

How much should I spend on ads?

Ad spend is separate from setup fees and varies depending on your business and goals. Many local businesses start around $5-$10 per day and adjust from there. I’ll provide recommendations during setup.
