Facebook Business Manager Features
Many business owners aren’t aware of what Facebook Business Manager is, or what it can do for you.
Business Manager, sometimes also called Facebook Business Suite, allows you to manage your Facebook and Instagram accounts together and provides you with insights on activities on your pages.
Here are some of my favourite features:
✅ You can post to Facebook & Instagram at the same time. Prepare your post once, click Publish, and Business Suite will send your post to both platforms so you can reach more people.
✅ You can post instantly OR you can schedule the post for later. The scheduling feature in Business Suite allows you to set the date and time you’d like your post to be published. This is fantastic if you like to post at the same time or on specific days (like 7.00pm each Monday). This also means you can batch create a heap of content once a month, and schedule it all in to post automatically so you can get back to running your business (not running your Insta!).
✅ You can share photos and images as well as video posts and carousels. You can even share and schedule stories!
✅ It tracks your Insights so you can see exactly how many people your post reached, and how many likes, comments and other interactions that post received. These insights will help you determine what kind of content resonates with your audience, and help narrow down the best time and days to post.
✅ All your messages and comments can be replied to using Business Suite. This is a real time-saver if you receive lots of engagement and want to ensure that you reply to your followers in a timely manner (which you definitely should!)
